Composition of DCS system integration

Meet the requirement of customers and engineering design, fulfill various functions such as process control, operation, monitoring and management.

Make configuration for control station according to the number of points to be controlled, including I/O card, number of controller as well as specifications and models.

Select human-computer interface for operation station and engineer station as required;

Make configuration for system communication BUS. Problems to be considered include redundancy design of power supply and communication. Consider the problem on how to communicate with other equipment or system as required.

Select matched system software and application software according to system hardware

Select auxiliary cabinet and equipment according to the type and number of signals, including selection of optical fiber and accessory, power supply cabinet, safety barrier cabinet, terminal cabinet, relay cabinet as well as network cabinet.

Make configuration on control policy, draw relevant monitoring pictures, including pictures on flow chart, tendency and demarcation between different controls, download application software and program

Be responsible for design, installation, wiring, debugging and FAT of system electrical cabinet.

Unpack in the installation site, make inspection, switch on the system, make online debugging, check function of communication with other systems.

Provide field service, help to solve relevant problem, rectify and improve on any problems, guarantee system normal operation.

Prepare relevant document when project is completed, make acceptance inspection, provide subsequent service such as system upgrading.
